About the event
We are so excited to host another clay handbuilding class -- this time with stoneware clay! We will show you how to make your version of this 9-inch plate (or leave flat for cheese board or trivet) using lavender sprigs for texture. There are also 4 rim shapes to choose from.
The ticket cost covers instruction, materials, bisque firing, and a second visit at your convenience to paint your plate using stoneware glazes before the glaze firing. The drying process and first firing will take a few weeks -- the plates will be ready for pickup within 14 days after you complete the glaze painting. (Shipping is available for additional fee.)
