Stoneware Clay Hand Building: Lavender Imprint Plate
We will show you how to make a 9-inch textured stoneware plate (or leave flat for cheese board/trivet) using lavender sprigs to imprint the clay! A few weeks later, after dried and bisque-fired, come back at your convenience to paint with stoneware glazes, and we'll fire it again. BYOB and a glass!

About the event
We are so excited to host another clay handbuilding class -- this time with stoneware clay! Â We will show you how to make your version of this 9-inch plate (or leave flat for cheese board or trivet) using lavender sprigs for texture. There are also 4 rim shapes to choose from.Â
The ticket cost covers instruction, materials, bisque firing, and a second visit at your convenience to paint your plate using stoneware glazes before the glaze firing. Â The drying process and first firing will take a few weeks -- the plates will be ready for pickup within 14 days after you complete the glaze painting. Â (Shipping is available for additional fee.)
