Stoneware Painting Class: Latex Resist Technique on Tumbler
Stoneware is a new pottery option at our studio! In this class, you'll learn how to paint the mountain and tree pattern with latex resist and glaze layering. After firing, your stoneware will be dishwasher, microwave and oven safe! (Ticket price covers instruction, tumbler and all glazes required.)

About the event
We are so excited to have begun offering this new pottery painting option in our studio! You will learn all about stoneware, how the glazes and firing differs from earthenware, and how the fired piece can be used. You will learn how to use latex as a resist in a mountains and trees pattern and layer glazes to achieve an oilspot effect. There is limited seating in an effort to maintain social distancing!
Ticket cost covers seat reservation and instruction for one painter, and includes the cost of the tumbler, glazes, and firing. Seating will be limited due to time required to serve glazes and oversee painting techniques. Come back within 14 days to pick up your finished piece! (Shipping is available for additional fee.)
